Wondering where the word ‘Easter’ came from? Or what a bunny and eggs have to do with Easter?
We found out at a relaxed FOCUS Easter dinner on Wednesday 20th. We started with an Easter egg hunt followed by a delightful evening meal of roast lamb with mint jelly, roast chicken, vegetables and potatoes served with plenty of friendship and laughter. We heard Meng Kit explain the true meaning of Easter from 1 Corinthians 15:20-26. We enjoyed the classic dessert of Peach Melba and the evening was concluded with a plate of hot cross buns. It was indeed the best night of the year so far!
